Method:
Combine milk and water.
Dissolve sugar in coffee.
Pour milk into coffee. Mix
thoroughly.
Notes:
1-1/2 pounds (1-1/4 quarts)
powdered skim milk and 1-1/2 quarts of water may
be used in place of 3 No. 1 cans (1-1/4 quarts)
evaporated milk and 1 quart water.
